Dive into our Performance Racing Clinic, which is designed to transform sailboat racers to regatta winners.

An Olympian, America’s Cup Competitor, and 2015 Hall of Fame Inductee, Steve Colgate is the innovator of sailboat racing instruction. In 2025, our Performance Race Week® Performance Racing Clinic returns to the beautiful Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina on Ft. Myers Beach, Florida.
This exhilarating racing event will feature four accomplished racing sailors as coaches, including Olympic champion Allison Jolly. It was 1988 when Allison and her crew Lynne Jewell became the first women to win a Gold Medal in sailing in the modern Olympics. Allison won the Women’s Collegiate National Championship in 1975 and again in 1976. She was named Yachtswoman of the Year in 1976. She has led the USF (University of South Florida) St. Petersburg, Florida, sailing team as head coach since 2004. She was inducted to the National Sailing Hall of Fame in the Class of 2019.
