Catamaran Live Aboard Cruising

Absolutely the best seven-day adventure ever. An amazing instructor, exuded knowledge, skill and most of all, patience. I loved rafting up with the other students from the class.

Our family completed the live aboard course and received our Basic Cruising, Bareboat Cruising, and Catamaran Supplement certifications in the BVI. Our experience, from start to finish, was just fantastic! I was a little worried about having our two children (ages 8 and 10) with us due to the intensive nature of the course. However, our incredible instructor didn’t bat an eye and was wonderful about including them in the learning and making sure that everyone had a good time onboard! Colgate Offshore Sailing School provided us with the perfect opportunity to experience cruising as a family, and for my husband and I to build our knowledge, skills, and confidence with offshore sailing!
